Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 25 g Cocoa powder
  • 25 g Coconut oil (e.g. palm oil)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Bottle Rum Flavour
  • 300 g crunchy oats
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
  • 12 Baking wafers (50 mm ΓΈ)

Directions

    Bring the sugar, vanillin sugar, cocoa, fat and milk to the boil in a small pot. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add rum flavour and oat flakes and fold in. Form 12 heaps with two tablespoons and place on baking wafers.

    Allow to dry and dust with icing sugar before serving.
