Cherry-Banana-Muesli

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Lime
  • 600 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 75 g dried cherries
  • 75 g seedy multigrain flakes
  • 100 g Wholemeal cornflakes
  • 50 g Amaranth popcorn
  • 4 small bananas
  • 2 TEASPOONS demerara sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Halve the lime and squeeze it. Mix yoghurt, lime juice and vanillin sugar. Mix cherries, multi-grain flakes, flakes and amaranth in a large bowl.

    Peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices. Mix into the muesli. Put the muesli into 4 bowls, spread yoghurt on top and sprinkle with sugar. Decorate with lemon balm.
