Chef's salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg (Gr. S)
  • 50 g cleaned salad and radishes
  • 100 g cleaned cucumber
  • 20 g Cooked ham (without fat edge)
  • 1/2 disc (15 g) low-fat cheese
  • 3 tablespoons (50 g) Lean yoghurt
  • 1 TABLESPOON light salad cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Tomato Ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 disc (60 g) Vollkornbrot od. -brötchen

Directions

    Boil the egg hard. Quench and peel. Wash and chop lettuce, radish and cucumber. Cut ham and cheese into strips. Mix yoghurt, salad cream and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.

    Eighth of an egg. Arrange salad ingredients and sauce. Eat the bread with it.
