Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes, 1 onion
  • 100 g Lettuce
  • 40 g Soft cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Walnut kernels
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar, salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp pepper, 1 pinch sugar, 1 teaspoon oil
  • 3-4 Basil leaves
  • 1 disc (50 g) Rye Bread

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes, remove seeds if necessary and dice. Peel and chop the onion. Clean, wash and pluck the salad. Cut cheese into slices

    Chop nuts. Mix vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, salt, pepper, sugar and oil. Mix with salad and onion. Arrange tomato, cheese, nuts and basil on top. Eat bread with it
