2 TABLESPOONS Edible quark (20 % fat in dry matter)
3 TABLESPOONS Milk
2-3 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
7-10 Tbsp Salt
7-10 Tbsp Pepper
1 collar Chives or parsley

Stir mayonnaise, sour cream and quark until smooth. First stir in milk, then ketchup. Season with salt and pepper. Wash chives or parsley as desired, shake dry and chop finely. Stir into the dressing
