Cut bread into cubes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and brown the bread cubes in it. Mix mayonnaise and yoghurt. Peel garlic, dice finely and stir in. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the steaks in it for about 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and drain the salad mixture. Clean the romaine lettuce, cut into strips and wash.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seeds. Carefully remove the flesh from the skin and cut into slices. Cut steaks into slices. Mix salad and avocado. Arrange salad and meat on plates.
Sprinkle croutons over it. Pour a little sauce on them. Add the rest of the sauce.
