Pineapple in a bacon coat

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Head frisée salad
  • 50 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 TABLESPOON Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 (approx. 750 g; halved lengthwise) ripe pineapple
  • 16 discs (10 g each) Bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the salads. Pluck smaller if necessary. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Mix everything loosely

    Peel the pineapple, cut it in half lengthwise and cut out the stalk. Cut the pineapple quarters into 4 slices each. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each column lengthwise and pin them in place

    Fry the pineapple in bacon coating in portions in a coated pan without additional fat on each side for approx. 2 minutes. Serve with the salad

    This spicy snack can also be prepared for a larger group. Then 1 pineapple wedge per person and

    Practical: Bake pineapple in a bacon coat in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
