Stuffed party bread

Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 100 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 370 ml jar roasted peppers
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Aiwar (spicy-hot spice paste)
  • 1 kg Farmhouse bread (mixed rye bread)
  • 100 g Gouda cheese, sliced
  • 50 g Salami sausage, in thin slices

Directions

    Boil eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes until hard. Quench cold, peel and let them cool down. Wash and clean the cucumber and cut into thin slices. Clean, wash and cut iceberg lettuce into strips, dab dry well. Drain paprika and cut into strips. Cut eggs into slices. Stir cream cheese and aiwar until smooth.

    Cut off the top of the bread with a bread knife. Hollow out the bread, leaving an approx. 1 cm thick edge on the crumb. Put the cream cheese on the bottom and smooth it down. Layer all prepared ingredients, cheese and salami. Press down again and again. Place the bread lid on top and chill for 2 hours. Cut bread into pieces with an electric knife
