Ingredients

  • 1 washer Toast
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp about 100 g each of blue and green grapes
  • 120 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 80 g Cheddar cheese
  • 80 g Gouda cheese
  • 120 g Cornichons
  • 60 wooden skewers
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Soak the toast in cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Pluck the grapes from the stems, wash and drain well. Wash and drain the tomatoes

    Expressing toast. Mix toast, minced meat, egg yolk and onion cubes well and season with curry, salt and pepper. Form approx. 30 small balls (approx. 15 g each) from the minced mass. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs in it for 5-7 minutes in portions. Take them out and let them drip off on kitchen paper

    Remove rind from cheese and cut the cheese into 15 cubes. Put one grape and one cheese cube each on a wooden skewer

    Put a tomato or cornichon and a meatball on a wooden skewer. Wash the pineapple well from the outside. Stick the wooden skewers in the pineapple and keep them in a cool place wrapped in foil until serving.
