Cheese and sesame croutons

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame seeds
  • 4 discs Toast
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS grated gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp red peppers

Directions

    Roast sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown. Take it out so that it does not get too dark. Cut toast into triangles. Heat the fat in a frying pan. Fry the toast briefly on both sides.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese and sesame seeds. Melt the cheese. Add to the hot broth before serving. Add some pepperoni rings if necessary.
