Ingredients

  • 50 g Radish sprouts
  • 2 Federation Radishes
  • 1/2 Lettuce
  • 4 discs medieval Gouda cheese (approx. 30 g each)
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Sort the sprouts, wash and drain well. Wash the radishes. To garnish, cut 4 radishes in half and put aside. Clean the remaining radishes and cut into thin sticks. Clean, wash and drain the salad and pluck a little bit smaller. Remove the rind from the cheese slices and cut into wide strips. Wash chives and cut into small rolls.

    For the dressing mix mustard, vinegar and chives until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in oil. Line 4 starter plates with salad leaves. Arrange cheese strips, sprouts and radish sticks on top. Drizzle with the mustard dressing. Garnish with the remaining radishes
