Ingredients

  • 1 Lettuce (about 450 g)
  • 2 medium-sized apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 medium onion
  • 8 Gherkins
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 g cheese (e.g. Danish cave cheese)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and dill blossom

Directions

    Clean and wash the salad, pluck into bite-sized pieces and drain. Wash and quarter apples and remove the core. Cut apple quarters into fine slices and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Cut gherkins into coarse slices.

    Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar and beat the oil into it. Slice cheese with a peeler into thin slices. Mix salad, apples, onion, gherkins and cheese together. Drizzle with the vinaigrette. Arrange salad on plates, garnish with dill and dill blossom as desired
