Ingredients

  • 2 Kohlrabis (about 500 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1/2 bunch Dill and parsley
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 100 g Sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 100 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 8-10 Tbsp Sesame
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Peel, wash and cut the kohlrabi into about 5 slices. Cover and cook in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes. Then drain well. Clean the radishes. Wash the radishes and herbs.

    Cut everything finely. Mix quark, sour cream, radishes and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk the eggs. Mix parmesan and sesame. Turn the kohlrabi slices first in flour, then in the beaten eggs and finally in the cheese-sesame mixture. Press the breadcrumbs slightly. Heat the oil. Fry the kohlrabi slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
