Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Onions
  • 1 kg Mushrooms
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 1 package (300 g) frozen broad beans
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme

Directions

  1. 1

Onions peel and cut into slices. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Wash and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Heat oil. Brown the onions and mushrooms in it. Season with salt, pepper and laurel.

  2. 2

Briefly sauté the tomato paste. Dust everything with flour and add a litre of water. Add prepared tomatoes and beans. Let everything boil for 20 minutes. Then season again.

  3. 3

Wash the herbs and chop them except for one bunch for garnishing. Sprinkle over the vegetable goulash before serving. Herb noodles are delicious with it.
