Ingredients

  • 250 g Wholemeal noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 500 g Spinach
  • 250 g Sheep's cheese
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. Wash tomatoes, dab dry and cut into slices. Clean spinach, wash thoroughly, blanch briefly in boiling salted water and drain. Cut feta cheese into cubes. Drain the pasta and let it drain on a sieve.

    Whisk eggs, milk, pepper and salt together. Grease an ovenproof dish. Pile the pasta, tomatoes, spinach and feta cheese into the mould. Finish with tomatoes and some cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 45 minutes.
