Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 large cauliflower (about 1 kg each)
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Branch/s Rosemary
  • 3 Stem/s Parsley
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 100 g bacon strips or cubes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and wash the cauliflower and divide it into small florets. Peel and dice the onion. Wash the tomatoes. Wash rosemary and parsley, pluck off needles or leaves and chop finely.

  2. 2

Heat the oil in a large pan with a lid. Fry the bacon until crispy. Add onion and fry for about 2 minutes. Remove the bacon mixture. Fry cauliflower in hot frying fat while turning, cover and stew for about 3 minutes.

  3. 3

Add the tomatoes and rosemary to the cauliflower and continue to fry for about 5 minutes. Fold in the bacon mixture, onion and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fresh farmhouse bread tastes good with it.
