Cauliflower Broccoli Curry (diabetic)

Ingredients

  • 30 g Wild rice mixture
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g cleaned cauliflower
  • 200 g cleaned broccoli
  • 100 g cleaned mushrooms
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Curry
  • 75 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp vegetable binder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice

Directions

    Soak the rice in a good 75 ml of boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Steam cauliflower and broccoli florets and broccoli stems covered in 1/8 litre boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain, catch the stock

    Cut the mushrooms in half. Fry in hot fat. Sprinkle with curry and sauté. Add stock and milk while stirring, bring to the boil, thicken. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Drain rice if necessary, arrange everything
