Ingredients

  • 200 g Double cream cheese
  • 3-4 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1/2 bunch chopped parsley
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS roughly chopped capers (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated zest of 1 organic lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Mix the double cream cheese with milk, garlic, parsley, capers and lemon rind. Season with salt and pepper.
