Wash, halve and stone the apricots. Finely dice the fruit. Wash, seed and finely dice the tomatoes. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop.
Mix lime juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in the oil. Fold in apricots, tomatoes and parsley.
Halve the wooden skewers. Cut the cheese into 12 longish pieces (2 x 8 cm) and put them on the skewers. Season with pepper. Arrange feta sticks with salad.
