Cantaloup melon with cream yoghurt and honey pistachios

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g Greek yoghurt (10 % fat)
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 25 g Pistachio kernels
  • 1 (approx. 1 kg) Cantaloup melon
  • 4 TABLESPOONS liquid honey

Directions

    Stir yoghurt and vanilla sugar until smooth. Coarsely chop the pistachios. Cut melon in half, remove seeds with a spoon. Cut melon into slices and cut the flesh from the skin.

    Arrange sliced melon and yoghurt in dessert plates. Sprinkle with pistachios. Sprinkle with honey.
