Directions

  1. 1

For the Cookie Springform base, brush lightly with oil. Preheat oven (electric cooker: 180 °C/circulating air: 160 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Cream butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt with the whisks of the mixer.

  2. 2

Stir in the egg. Mix flour and baking powder and stir into the butter-egg mixture. Fold in the chocolate drops briefly. Pour the dough into the greased form and spread it evenly on the base with your hands.

  3. 3

Bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes.

  4. 4

Take the cookie pizza out of the oven. Remove the cookie from the edge with a knife. Remove the edge of the mould. Use a knife to carve 8 cake pieces into the still warm cookie. Let it cool down on a cake rack.

  5. 5

Meanwhile children chop chocolate. Put the pieces in a small bowl and melt them over a hot water bath while stirring, let them cool down a bit. Mix melted chocolate with sour cream and let it cool down.

  6. 6

Roughly chop Oreos, chocolate cornflakes cookies, Twix, cream moo-moo and Raffaellos.

  7. 7

Spread the cream loosely on the cookie pizza, leaving about 1 cm of the edge free. Cover or sprinkle marked pizza pieces with 1 of each of the 8 sweets. The absolute cracker!.
