  • 3 discs (at 15 g) Baguette-Brot
  • 4 green olives without stone
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 (100 g each) Tomatoes
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Roast the bread in a coated pan on both sides. Cut olives into thin slices. Peel and finely dice onion. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.

    Wash basil and cut into thin strips. Mix everything in a small bowl. Fold in oil. Mix with salt and pepper
