Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp some + 125 g butter or margarine
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g Walnut kernels
  • 100 g Almond kernels (with skin)
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 150 g + 6 g diabetic sweetness
  • 175 g Flour
  • 2 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp strong aluminium foil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Minimuffin paper baking cups

Directions

    Lightly grease half of a fat pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm). Make a multiple-folded rail from aluminium foil. Use the rail to cut off the grease pan. Roughly chop the chocolate. Melt 125 g fat and chocolate.

    Let cool down for 10-15 minutes. Coarsely chop nuts and almonds. Mix the eggs and 150 g sweetness until creamy. Stir in liquid chocolate. Stir in flour and baking powder. Fold in nuts and almonds. Spread the dough on the greased half of the fat pan. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 25 minutes. Let it cool down.
