Knead the flour, baking powder, fat, eggs and cream with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough, cover and leave in a cool place for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough to a rectangle (30x40 cm) on a floured work surface. Cut out about 50 squares (4x4 cm). Put a blob of jam on each half of the squares, cover with a second one and press lightly on the edges. Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool down and dust with icing sugar. Results in approx. 25 pieces
