  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 250 g Shame or crème fraîche
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 pack (32 cm ø; from the refrigerated shelf) Pizza dough
  • 150 g smoked salmon in slices

Directions

    Preheat oven: electric cooker: 250 ° C/ gas: stage 4. bring approx. 1/2 litre of salted water to the boil. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Mix sour cream and eggs. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Roll out the dough.

    Place it on the baking paper in a pizza or tart tin (28 cm Ø) with the rim up. Prick the dough base several times with a fork. Drain broccoli well and spread on the dough base with the salmon. Pour the egg sour cream over it. Wave the protruding edge of the dough towards the middle. Put the broccoli quiche in the hot oven and bake for approx. 15 minutes until golden brown
