Broccoli pies with ham & cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 square slices (à 45 g) frozen puff pastry
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 3 TABLESPOONS grated gouda
  • 50 g diced lean ham
  • 1 Egg
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/recirculating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4). Place the slices of dough next to each other on a baking tray lined with baking paper and allow to defrost

    Clean broccoli, wash it, cut it into florets. Cover and steam in little boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Stir together the sour cream and 2 tablespoons of cheese. Season to taste with pepper and a little salt.

    Drain the broccoli and place it in the middle of the dough slices. Add the cheese cream

    Sprinkle with ham. Fold the dough corners over to the middle and press on

    Whisk the egg. Spread the edges of the dough with it. Sprinkle pies with 1 tablespoon of cheese. Bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes
