Liver and mushroom pâté

Ingredients

  • 150 g brown mushrooms
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 300 g fine veal liver sausage
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried marjoram
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Brandy
  • 150 g Wild cranberries (glass)

Directions

    ##Mushrooms## clean, wash and cut into thin slices. Fry them vigorously in hot oil in a pan. Season with salt and pepper, take out and let cool down

    ##Mix sausage, cream, marjoram and brandy. Mix in the mushrooms. Arrange liver pate. The cranberries on the side will be fine. Serve with wholemeal bread...
