Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Simmer the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 17 minutes. Add broccoli 5-7 minutes before the end of cooking time and cook. Roast the pine nuts.
Cut the bacon into small cubes and leave them in a pot until crispy. Add cream and crème fraîche, bring to the boil and let it boil down for 5-10 minutes. Stir in processed cheese and season with pepper. Drain pasta and broccoli on a sieve.
Mix the sauce into the noodles and divide them on plates. Serve sprinkled with pine nuts.
