Peel and chop the garlic and mix with yoghurt. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Clean, wash and cut the broccoli into small florets. Pluck the bread into bite-sized pieces. Dab meat dry and cut into strips.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the meat and bread in it on all sides over a high heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove both. Fry the broccoli briefly in the frying fat. Season with salt and pepper.
Add 100 ml water, bring to the boil and simmer for about 3 minutes. Fold in bread and meat, season to taste and serve immediately with garlic yoghurt.
