Bread salad with camembert

Ingredients

  • 6 discs Whole grain rye bread (à approx. 60 g)
  • 6 Gherkins (approx. 30 g each)
  • 2 (125 g each) Camembert cheese
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 Red-skinned apples (approx. 100 g each)
  • 50 g Radish sprouts
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1-1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Rape seed oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Roast the slices of bread and cut each into 6 cubes. Cut cucumbers into slices. Cut cheese into pieces. Peel onions and cut into fine slices. Wash apples, dab dry, quarter, core and cut into pieces.

    Sort out rungs. Mix vinegar and honey. Whip oil into it and season with salt and pepper. Mix bread cubes, cucumber slices, sprouts and cheese and onion slices with the vinaigrette and serve immediately.
