Place the baking mix and 340 ml of lukewarm water in a bowl. Knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer at the highest setting for approx. 5 minutes to a smooth dough. Cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for approx. 30 minutes.
In the meantime peel and finely dice the onions. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions. Take them out and let them cool down. Mix onions and sausage. Knead dough again briefly.
Form approx. 15 balls with floured hands. Press a hollow into each ball and add 1 teaspoon of filling. Cover with dough and roll into a ball again. Place the balls in a greased casserole dish.
Cover and leave in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Coat the surface of the dough with water. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile grate the cheese finely and sprinkle it on the balls after about 10 minutes baking time. Wash chives, dill and parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Mix quark, olive oil and herbs. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Arrange the cottage cheese in a cake tin. Serve garnished with radishes.
