Bratwurst with cabbage

Ingredients

  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 50 g low-fat poultry bratwurst or low-calorie sausage
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) Oil
  • 200 g Sauerkraut
  • 130 g ripped orange filets
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme
  • 5-6 Tbsp Vegetable broth

Directions

    Wash the potatoes, cut them in half and boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes. Cut the sausage into slices. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the sausage and drained potatoes for about 10 minutes while turning.

    Fold in the herb, orange and thyme. Pour on the stock and braise everything for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
