Fried Chinese cabbage with beefsteak mince

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 100 g Trigrano rice mix
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1⁄2 (approx. 400 g) Chinese cabbage
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 150 g Beefsteakhack
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Worcester sauce
  • 1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek

Directions

    Cook rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Peel and chop onion. Clean and wash the cabbage and remove the stalk. Cut cabbage into large pieces.

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the minced meat in it for about 10 minutes until finely crumbly and season with salt and pepper.

    Add onion and cabbage and fry for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Add 6 tablespoons of water and Worcester sauce and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and Sambal Oelek. Add the rice or fold in immediately.
