Ingredients

  • 500 g White cabbage
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 2 Fried sausages (à approx. 175 g)
  • 30 g clarified butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Schmand
  • 2 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Remove white cabbage leaves from the stalk, wash, drain and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and cut the peppers. Clean, wash and cut leek into rings. Cut the sausages into slices. Heat 15 g lard in a pan, fry sausage slices in it for about 5 minutes while turning and take them out. Heat the remaining lard in the frying fat.

    Fry cabbage, paprika and leek for about 15 minutes, turning them over. Season with salt and pepper. Add bratwurst again. Mix sour cream and mustard. Pour onto the pan just before serving. Serve garnished with parsley
