Braised tomatoes with minced meat to roasted gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1 big onion
  • 1 kg small tomatoes
  • 1 potty Basil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Pine nuts
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 500 g Pork sausage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS clarified butter
  • 500 g fresh gnocchi (cooling shelf)
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese

Directions

    Onion peel and in rough cubes cut. Wash and clean the tomatoes. Pluck the basil leaves from the stalks and cut them into strips, except for a little to garnish. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat, take them out. Heat the oil in the pan.

    Fry the ground pork in it until coarsely chunky. Add onion, tomatoes and basil strips. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Let it braise for 5-6 minutes. Heat clarified butter in a frying pan. Fry the gnocchi in it while turning them golden brown. Coarsely grate the cheese. Sprinkle pine nuts and cheese over the braised tomato pan. Arrange the braised tomatoes with the gnocchi.
