Blueberry ice cream sandwich

When we are hungry for H(eis)s, we simply pinch a ball of our favourite variety and some lightning compote between crunchy oat cookies. Yummy!

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Blueberry jam
  • 4 hemispherical ice cream (approx. 30 g each; e.g. yoghurt, vanilla, walnut)
  • 8 Oat biscuits

Directions

    Warm the jam. Cut off the ice. Place on 4 biscuits. Put some warm jam on each. Cover with 4 biscuits and press on carefully.

    TIP: Half-balls? Dip the ice cream scoop briefly into hot water, pour ice cream, remove excess ice from the edge of the mould and place the smooth surface on the biscuit.
