  • 125 g Blue cheese (e.g. Cambozola)
  • 150 g ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil and pink berries

Directions

    Puree 80 g blue cheese and sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut 45 g cheese into fine cubes and fold in. Garnish with basil leaves and pink berries
