300 g frozen strawberries
1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
2-3 TABLESPOONS Elderflower syrup

defrost strawberries

Finely puree the strawberries, icing sugar and syrup in a tall beaker, if necessary season again with syrup. Fill the sauce into bottles and serve with e.g. sponge cake or muffins
