  • 150 g Blue cheese
  • 400 g Cream cheese
  • 10 TABLESPOONS milk, salt, pepper

Directions

    Finely dice the cheese. Mix with cream cheese and milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    The dip tastes milder if you use Camembert instead of blue cheese
