Fruit salad in melon halves

Ingredients

  • 1 Honeydew melon (approx. 1,2 kg)
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 4 Stem(s) Lemon balm
  • 2-3 (approx. 300 g) Bananas
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 1 TABLESPOON crushed pistachio kernels

Directions

    Cut off approx. 1/3 lengthwise from the melon. Remove seeds. Remove the flesh with a ball cutter (also from the lid) and place in a bowl. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Wash the lemon balm and shake dry.

    Chop the leaves into small pieces, except for one stalk. Peel and slice the bananas. Mix melon balls, lemon juice, orange juice, liqueur, strawberries, bananas, pistachios and chopped lemon balm and leave to stand for about 30 minutes. Fill the fruit salad into the melon and mix with lemon
