Blackberry Lobe Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1/2 l unsweetened blackberry juice
  • 1/2 l Unsweetened sloe juice or lilac berry juice
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 500 g Extra jam sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Straw rum or rum (54% by volume)

Directions

    Mix blackberry and sloe juice, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and jam sugar in a pot. Bring to the boil while stirring. Let it boil for 1 minute while stirring continuously. Stir in rum. Fill prepared glasses up to the rim with the jam, close them and turn them upside down for about 5 minutes
