  • 1 TEASPOON Sesame seed
  • 150 ml Currant juice
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 150 ml skimmed soured milk (0,3 % fat)
  • 1 Currant panicle to decorate

Directions

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown, remove and let cool. Mix currant juice, honey and soured milk. Pour the drink into a glass, sprinkle with sesame seeds and decorate with currant pancakes.
