Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 1 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 1 TEASPOON dried thyme
  • 1 TEASPOON Rose peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 100 g Feta
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the potatoes and boil in water for about 20 minutes. Quench potatoes, peel and let them cool down.

  2. 2

Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead with minced meat, squeezed bread roll, egg, thyme and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

8 Grease the recesses of a muffin tray (12 recesses). Press the chopping mass into the troughs in such a way that one nest is created in each trough. Pre-bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 15 minutes.

  4. 4

In the meantime clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Wash parsley and cut into strips. Crumble the feta and mix it with the paprika and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture into the pre-baked chopping nests. Bake at the same temperature for another 15 minutes.

  5. 5

Cut the potatoes into slices. Fry in hot oil for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange everything.
