Ingredients

  • 150 g frozen berry cocktail
  • 3 TABLESPOONS low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON Maple syrup
  • 1 TABLESPOON Spelt Flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Defrost the berries. Finely mash the berries, yoghurt and syrup. Pour into a glass. Sprinkle with spelt flakes and decorate with lemon balm.
