Beetroot with beefsteak strips and horseradish

  • 4 discs brown bread
  • 0?$? Spring onions
  • 1 (500 g) Bag of cooked beetroot (vacuum packed)
  • 600 g Beefsteak
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 package (200 g) Cream cheese with horseradish

Directions

    Toast bread in a toaster. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Cut beetroot into slices (Attention, it stains strongly - it is best to wear disposable gloves).

    Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat in it in portions all around for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Take out.

    Fry the beetroot and spring onions in the frying fat while turning for about 3 minutes. Add the steak strips again. Fold in cream cheese in flakes and let it melt a little bit. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Break the toasted bread into pieces and distribute on plates. Place a steak pan on top.
