  • 750 g Pasta (e.g. Conchiglie Rigate)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in oil. Drain noodles, rinse and drain well.

    Fold in the marinade. Cut the pasta into thirds.
