Beefsteak with carrots & puree

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Potatoes (e.g. mainly waxy)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 40 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 2 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) rare steak
  • 5 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg

Directions

    Peel, wash and roughly dice the potatoes. Cover and cook in salt water for about 10 minutes. Clean and wash lamb's lettuce and drain well.

    Peel and wash the carrots and cut them into diagonal slices. Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in a pot. Sauté the carrots for about 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and some sugar. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water, cover and steam for about 4 minutes.

    Dab steak dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat for about 2 minutes on each side.

    Drain the potatoes. Add milk and mash everything. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg. Fold in lamb's lettuce. Serve everything.
