Ingredients

  • 250 g Fillet of beef
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Teriyaki sauce
  • 100 g Tomato Ketchup
  • 75 g Plum jam
  • 1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek

  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sesame seed
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Cut the meat into small cubes. Mix with Teriyaki sauce and chill for about 1 hour. Mix ketchup, plum puree and Sambal Oelek. Wash the salad and drain well. Mix vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, season to taste again

    Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown, take them out and put them on a plate. Drain the meat and place on small wooden skewers. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the skewers for 2-3 minutes while turning. Remove from the pan and turn in sesame seeds. Arrange the salad leaves on 4 plates and sprinkle with the vinaigrette. Arrange the skewers on them, add the sauce
