Turkey skewers with tomatoes and zucchini vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 Courgette
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 Stem(s) Sage
  • 4 small red onions
  • 500 g Turkey Breast
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 80 g small black olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash, clean and slice the zucchini. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Wash sage, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stalks.

    Onions peel, in columns cut. Wash the turkey meat, dab dry and cut into 16 cubes of the same size. Put onions, turkey cubes and sage leaves alternately on skewers.

    Heat the oil. Fry the skewers for about 10 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper. After 5 minutes add garlic, zucchini, tomatoes and olives. Arrange on plates.
