Salad with green kiwi, turkey and feta

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 green pepperoni
  • 2 small, red onions
  • 500 g Turkey filet
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 5 Kiwis (approx. 125 g each)
  • 50 g Lettuce
  • 180 g low-fat sheep's cheese
  • 2-3 stem(s) Mint

Directions

    Clean the peppers, cut lengthwise, wash and remove the seeds. Cut the pod into strips. Peel onions and cut into fine rings. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for 5-6 minutes while turning it. Place in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add onion and pepperoni. Wash the lime hot, grate dry and finely grate the peel.

    Halve the lime and squeeze the juice of one half. Stir the lime into the meat, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Let it cool down.

    Peel and slice the kiwis. Clean, wash, shake dry and pluck salad into pieces. Crumble cheese. Wash mint, shake dry, pluck off leaves and, except for a few for garnishing, fold into the meat with the salad, cheese and kiwis.

    Arrange on plates and garnish with mint.
